1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through the Electro Oulet online store ("we," "us," "our") by both consumers and business customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms as they stand at the time of your order.

3. Conclusion of the contract

The product listings in our online store do not constitute a binding offer on our part; they are an invitation for you to place an order. When you add items to your cart, review your order, and click the order button, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.

After you submit your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not, by itself, constitute our acceptance of your order. The contract of sale is only concluded when we either:

  • send you a separate order acceptance email, or
  • ship the goods to you,

whichever happens first.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices shown on our product pages are in EUR and include statutory VAT and other mandatory price components. Any applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout, before you complete and place your order, so you always know the full cost before you pay.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United Kingdom
  • Spain

Orders are shipped free of charge. Once your order is placed, we prepare it for dispatch within 1–2 business days (handling time). After dispatch, delivery typically takes an additional 2–4 business days, depending on the destination. These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays.

7. Retention of title

The goods you order remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer the following return terms:

  • Return window: you may return eligible items within 30 days.
  • Return shipping costs: we cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Refund processing: once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 days.
  • Exchanges: if you would prefer a replacement rather than a refund, we are happy to offer an exchange as an alternative.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply to all purchases made through our store. In addition, products purchased from Electro Oulet are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in line with applicable consumer protection law.

10. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, which you can access at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not willing or obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Should any individual provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
